Danger Line (Acoustic)

Danger Line, typically a four-piece rock anthem band, is renowned for their original tracks and unique cover songs. Recently reformed in Brighton, UK, the band has begun staging electrifying live shows once again. Since their debut release in 2020, Danger Line has garnered significant success on streaming platforms, captivating audiences with both hard-hitting rock anthems and relaxed acoustic covers. Their versatile sound continues to attract a growing fan base worldwide. On the 27th of September, frontman Ashley Carr and bassist Giles Dawkes will headline this acoustic show.

Charlie Smith

My name might be common, but my style is alternative. I’m Charlie Smith a raw, honest, singer-songwriter from Hampshire, UK. I host and perform at my own shows at venues such as The Railway Inn, The Attic & The Arthouse. In October 2023 I embarked on my first solo tour of northern England. My latest EP ‘Here He Comes Now’ was released on the 24th of May. Clocking in at just shy of 10 minutes it is an express 5 Track acoustic punk EP. The theme of the EP is the idea that certain things cannot be erased or forgotten. The lyrics evoke feelings of introspection, reflection, and renewal, as the individual grapples with their inner turmoil and seeks to find solace. All tracks were recorded on the Tascam Model 12 at my mini-home studio. Featuring a single mic technique with minimal use of effects to simulate an authentic, intimate sound.

Suzanne Gailey

Suzanne is an alt-folk singer-songwriter based in Brighton. A classically trained musician from a young age, Suzanne studied piano until the influences of punk and rock proved too much of a distraction! After rediscovering her passion for playing music she studied vocal technique at The Institute for Contemporary Music in London, picked up the guitar and started writing! Following a move from London to Brighton she, along with two friends, created and performed for a short time in the avant-garde vocal group WAWM before she returned to the guitar and started performing regularly as a solo artist. Suzanne has been influenced by a wide range of music including folk, folk punk and Americana. She writes raw, poignant, candid songs and her aptly titled debut EP ‘Plain Speaking’ was released on June 9th 2024. Suzanne is also the bass player and backing vocalist in Brighton-based post-punk/alt-rock band Danger of Death!

DazBose

DazBose was born and based in Brighton. He has been writing and performing for nearly 30 years around the Brighton circuit, and is looking forward to showcasing his latest original songs. Influenced by the likes of The Who, U2, Stone Roses, Bob Dylan, David Bowie and also the early Dance movement of the early 1990s. He has a mixed music style with a fusion of Rock/Folk/Indie with a little Pop, Crackle and have some of that!
