North China Street Crepe at Loud Shirt Brewing

Jian Bing is one of North China’s most popular street foods. A thin crepe is cooked on a hot griddle, topped with egg, black sesame and spring onions, then flipped over so the egg cooks directly on the griddle. Fermented bean sauce is spread over the crepe before a crispy wonton cracker is added and the crepe folded into a parcel.

Alongside the classic version, we’ll also be serving:

Loud Shirt Brewing will be serving their full range of beers and other drinks, making this the perfect opportunity to enjoy authentic Chinese street food alongside some of Brighton’s best craft beer.
