This beautiful meditation is a powerful message to realise the great responsibility we have to take care of our beautiful planet by taking care of ourselves. Each of us can create a little wave of transformation by looking inside and opening our hearts to ourselves, each other and our Sacred Earth.
Shake off the stress and worries that keep you from enjoying life. You will relax your mind and body through stages of shaking (a gentle movement that loosens the muscles and releases tensions), dancing and stillness.
Our Sacred Earth Meditation (OSEM) is a celebration of life, a prayer of gratitude and hope and fun; Trust me, you will feel energised, ALIVE and ON TOP OF THE WORLD after this practise!!
Since I have been practising OSEM I feel more grounded, embodied, joyful, grateful and connected to myself, my loved ones, my community and Mother Earth. It has become a key resource during these challenging times. My hope is that it will help you too.
We meet at 8 for a brief explanation for newbies and start at 8.10. The meditation is 50 minutes and the running order is; dancing & shaking (3 times), sit/lie for Osho discourse, silence to some very cheesy music!
We come back together at 9 for a sharing (which is completely optional).
