Join us for a fantastic Sussex Cheese & Wine evening, where we’ll be highlighting the award-winning High Weald Dairy with a carefully curated cheese tasting and paired wine flight.

Throughout the evening, you will learn about the craft behind High Weald Dairy’s range of cheeses and how the complex and range of styles are developed. We’ll talk about the dairy’s history, including their commitment to sustainability and the innovative practices they use to lead the cheese-making industry in minimizing their environmental impact. We’ll explore why cheese and wine make the perfect pairing, highlighting the diversity of cheeses and offer tips on matching the different flavours and textures.
